Maripasoula, French Guiana, 2020-08-17. In the tear-out room of the Maripasoula dispensary, treating emergencies but also providing routine care, Juliette, a young FFI ("acting as an intern") who has come from metropolitan France for a few weeks, and Patchi, a nurse, are preparing to take a blood sample from a patient. The missions in dispensaries are formative for the interns, they are confronted with a varied range of situations with more autonomy than in the university hospital. Dans la salle de dechocage du dispensaire de Maripasoula, traiter les urgences mais aussi a dispenser des soins courants, Juliette, jeune FFI ("faisant fonction d interne ») venue de metropole pour quelques semaines et Patchi, infirmier, se preparent a effectuer une prise de sang sur un patient.
