FRANCE - MAYOTTE - UNDERWATER LIFE - LAGOON

Bandrélé, Mayotte Island, France, 2021-11-08. Madagascar clownfish, Amphiprion latifasciatus, on their anemone. The Natural Marine Park of Mayotte allows the protection of the exceptional flora and fauna of the lagoon. Created in 2010, it encompasses the entire Exclusive Economic Zone of the island with a variable state of conservation depending on the geographical area. Le Parc Naturel Marin de Mayotte permet la protection de la flore et la faune exceptionnelle du lagon. Créé en 2010, il englobe la totalité de la Zone Economique Exclusive de l'île avec un état de conservation variable selon l'aire géographique.
